WARRANTY

A limited warranty Is included with each SB purchase. Warranties are valid for 3 months. Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence.

before send the item to repair or replace you will need provide us with some information, please contact us by e-mail with clearly picture of the damaged good.

We do ship everywhere in the world with a charge of £ 25, and your bag will be with you in 3-5 working days.

What is your returns policy?

 

we want you to love what you purchase but in the event you are not satisfied with anything you have bought from our website, we will gladly issue you an exchange, refund or credit. Certain conditions need to be met which we've outlined below.

For any items purchased online where you have had a change of mind, we will issue you an exchange, refund or credit, provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days from the purchase date

  • The item is unused and in its original condition with product tags attached and all the inside packaging untouched.

  • You return the item, together with the bank/credit card statement showing the sale transaction.

 

For online returns, the refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by SB team. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item(s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
